Drivers of electric vehicles need a place to charge, whether at home, at work, or on the go. The successful candidate will be the lead of an ever growing team in Los Angeles, CA that is operating the largest volume of Fast Charging infrastructure in the United States and keeping Electric Vehicles on the road and charging forward. The Field Operations and Maintenance team is responsible for proactively identifying field issues with equipment, network, and customers as well as work through customer reported trouble tickets to identify what faults occurred and how what corrective action is needed. This candidate will work with the best equipment vendors and field technician in the space to ensure the best in class customer experience that EVgo strives to maintain. Candidates for this position must be a critical thinker, with the ability to work through problem while identifying opportunities to better the processes and procedure to increase operational uptime and decrease time to issue resolution.
