We are currently expanding utility coverage and perfecting our SaaS product. You will be tasked with bridging the gap between customers and our software development team. As Technical Services Analyst you will be expected to communicate warmly and effectively with customers, read through code to find and label bugs, assign issues to the correct sections of our software development team, and quantitatively measure the effectiveness of the company’s customer support. You will be working with a mixed team of software engineers and business analysts who love what they do!
